They are stored encrypted in the application database and accessible through authenticated Super Admin controls. Notification emails contain an enquiry reference rather than the full message.
How long are enquiry records kept?
The application schedules database enquiry records for deletion after 30 days. Hosting backups and email systems have separate retention controls; deleting an application record does not automatically remove every backup copy.
Which cookies support the website?
Session and security cookies support forms, request protection and administrative login. Google Analytics loads on public website pages, including when a signed-in administrator views public content; admin screens and private previews are excluded. Analytics storage is denied until you allow cookies, and advertising storage and personalization remain denied. Without cookie permission, Google may receive cookieless measurement signals and technical network data. The website supplies a generic page label and homepage URL rather than health-topic titles, visited page paths, search terms or enquiry contents. Automatic enhanced measurement must remain disabled in the Analytics stream. Google receives technical browser, device and network information.
