A health question in Pampanga may involve a clinic, a medical record or a bill. Knowing which office handles each task can save an unnecessary trip. This guide uses Jose B. Lingad Memorial General Hospital’s official patient-support portal and links to our medicine pages for separate questions about Cytotec and related medicines.

WE’RE HERE TO HELP

A question on your mind?

If pregnancy or abortion information feels overwhelming, you can get in touch. We can help with general questions about the information and guides on this site.

Start with a brief question, without sharing your medical history. We don’t provide diagnosis, prescribing or emergency care. If you feel seriously unwell, seek urgent medical help.

Official resources for Pampanga

These are independent hospital and government resources. This list does not confirm abortion services, medicine stock or a partnership with us. Links checked on 1 November 2026; check the original page for updates.

JBLMGH patient processes and services ↗

Official portal for clinic, medical-record, billing and patient-assistance information.

Use the hospital’s patient-support portal

JBLMGH’s Public Assistance and Customer Care Unit publishes a portal with links for outpatient services, medical records and billing. It also points to its 2026 Citizen’s Charter and clinic schedule information.

Choose the link for the task you need. Asking for a copy of a record is different from booking a clinical appointment. If a linked document will not open on your phone, return to the portal and ask the hospital’s patient-support unit for help.

Check the clinic and room before a planned visit

The portal links to an outpatient clinic schedule and room assignments. It also lists facilities with access to its OURS referral system. A facility referral system should not be assumed to be an open appointment form for every patient.

Ask the hospital whether you need a referral, which registration route applies and where to report on the day. Use the current hospital instructions rather than treating a saved schedule as permanent.

Records, billing and help with costs

The same portal separates medical records and billing from information about the Medical Assistance Office. That separation is useful when you are unsure where to start. Ask which office receives your request before bringing papers to several desks.

For a records request, ask about identification, permission if someone applies for you and any processing charge. For assistance, ask about current documents and assessment. We do not confirm that a request will be approved or that a listed service will be free.

What this means for a Cytotec search

The patient portal explains hospital processes; it does not confirm medicine stock or a treatment for an individual reader. Use our medicine guides for explanations of Cytotec, misoprostol and mifepristone, then discuss personal treatment questions with a healthcare professional.

This website does not book JBLMGH appointments, collect hospital fees or process medical-assistance applications. If you feel seriously unwell, seek urgent medical care instead of waiting for a planned clinic appointment or a reply from us.
